Five Brothers Series

dystopia [dis-toh-pee-uh]

A dystopia is an imaginary community or society that is undesirable or frightening. It is literally translated as "not-good place," an antonym of utopia.  Such societies appear in many artistic works, particularly in stories set in the future.

Dystopias are often characterized by dehumanization, totalitarian governments, environmental disaster, or other characteristics associated with a cataclysmic decline in society.

Dystopian societies appear in many subgenres of fiction and are often used to draw attention to real world issues regarding society, environment, politics, economics, religion, psychology, ethics, science, and/or technology, which if unaddressed could potentially lead to such dystopia-like conditions.

I've recently fallen in love with a dystopia concept I came up with during a dream.  It came to me three consecutive nights in a row, so I think I need to listen, and give these 5 brothers their own series.

This will be a Dystopian Romance Series. Set in the future where a dictator-like president has divided the United States into five quadrants by race, in order to re-purify each race.

Before the "Rainbow Segregation" occurs five brothers; one black (Owen), one white (Christopher), one Native American (Skye), one Asian (Tri, pronounced Chee), and one Latino (Javier); were adopted by a woman and raised since birth together. They value family, and love each other fiercely. When they are separated and placed in different quadrants, they vow to find each other again, and overthrow President Duke's regime. Along their journey, they each find love.

Will their new found loves derail their missions?  Will time spent segregated in different quadrants cause assimilation instead of fuel their need to stop the ruthless dictator? How will these brothers find each other again, when shipped to different segments of the country?

I'm dying to know how it all pans out, I hope this sparks your interest as well!
